Working with Wintersweet won’t cost the earth. Our fees are in line with other social service providers and we do not charge additional travel expenses.
We work on a fixed hourly rate and we charge out our time in 15 minute blocks. The rate is the same whatever the task we are doing.
For example, if we spend an hour with you at home and you live 15 minutes out of town, we will charge 1.5 hours of our time. If we make a phone call on your behalf from our office, or write an email for you, we will simply charge you for the time it took us to do that.
Every time we do work for you, we will write it up on your record sheet and at the end of each month we will send a copy to you, with an invoice that will be due for payment on the 20th of the following month. You can pay us by internet banking, cheque or cash.
Our charges are simple and fair. Our usual hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm on Saturday. During these hours time is charged in 15 minute blocks at $36.00 per hour, whatever the task. There are no hidden charges.
Outside of these hours, time is charged at $52.00 per hour and must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. I’m sorry, we can’t personally provide emergency services out of hours, however we may be able to organise other help by telephone so please do contact us if you need help and we will do our best to assist.
